INAUGURATION

Today, my colleagues and I were sworn into the 103rd Illinois General Assembly.

As I took my oath of office on stage, it was not lost on me the amount of time, effort, and support so many folks in this community dedicated to getting me here. From the bottom of my heart– thank you to everyone who has worked so hard and believed in my ability to represent District 51 well. It is with true excitement that I begin this legislative session. Now, I will work hard to be a part of making our state a better place for Illinoisans to live.
